International Pet Shipping Procedures for Russia
- Health Certificate (City Agriculture Department) (We will get it)
- Microchip.
- Pet owner Passport and flight ticket.
- Vaccine booklet.
- Available rabies vaccine.
- Titration Test (there is no expactation 3 months).
- The pets must be older than 4 months.
- Pet owner’s residence record in Russia.
- For Foreigners who work in Russia, to be written letter by their companies which they work behalf of Moscow Customs Management.
- Power of Attorney for custom clearance to IPATA agency.
